J. Nicholas Code, II, MD
James Nicholas (Nick) Code II, MD, was born and raised in Verona, Kentucky. He received a B.S. in Biology from Northern Kentucky University in 1997 prior to receiving his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Code then completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville Affiliated Hospitals. He became board certified in Internal Medicine in 2004.
After completing his fellowship training in hematology and oncology at the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center, he returned to Louisville in August 2007 to join Consultants in Blood Disorders and Cancer. Dr. Code's professional memberships include the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
